Small plate inspired and created from a rock found at Inverbervie beach in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. 
 
The plates are hand-pressed from moulds created by myself. Using a mould allows me to retain the organic shape and texture from the rock. Each piece will vary slightly in shape and where glaze is applied, making each one of a kind. 
 
Glazed in a watery lush green glaze, this plate is perfect for serving up some some seasonal treats or can be used as a more decorative piece in your home. You can also stack and layer collections, this plate fits perfectly on top of the larger plate and could be used as serveware. 
 
Each piece comes with a postcard explaining a little about my technique, making them perfect gifts for your loved ones.
