Thrown on the wheel in a white stoneware clay, this cup is inspired by the tide lines.
 
This cup is a simple straight sided cup glazed with a transparent glaze inside and the exterior dipped in a matte white glaze. I then carve lines into each one of varying heights. The carved lines add a nice feel to the cups as they snug nicely into your hands.
 
Perfect as water cups for your dining table, or can be used for hot liquids as well.
 
No two cups are the exact same and each will show marks of the process.
